Pre-docket meetings for criminal cases in Albemarle Circuit Court

Following is a list of the pre-docket meetings for Albemarle County Circuit Court for the remainder of 2009.  Attorneys who want their case to be scheduled at the pre-docket meeting need to have a letter of AVOID dates to the office Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney no later than the end of the day before the pre-docket meeting.  If an attorney has a matter set at the pre-docket meeting they will still need to contact this office to see when the case is set but do not need to appear at docket call.  CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT IN CUSTODY MUST STILL APPEAR AT DOCKET CALL TO BE RECOGNIZED.

Charlottesville-Albemarle Drug Court – eligibility change and “cheat sheet”
